Anemone coronaria

803_0889 [Anemone coronaria]

Anemone coronaria comes in a multitude of colors; almost in every shade of red, white, pink, blue, violet, etc. The color above, fairly unusual to my eyes, attracted my attention, so I thought I should share it with you.

Fritillaria obliqua

IMG_5215 [Fritillaria obliqua]

“The Last of the Mohicans” for 2018 at Schinias area or to put it differently the last obliqua available to anyone who would like to take a picture of it. All other plants had withered! I guess I should have been there at least 10 days earlier if I wanted to have found a better “model”.
